3P Approach
Our view is that construction projects must be more predictable and profitable. Collaboration between all stakeholders must be more efficient. Value brought to the project owner must be at the core of everything that occurs on and offsite. To put it as simply as possible - good Planning leads to Predictability, which leads to Profitability. These three P's are essential to our work, and this is why our system succeeds.
Progress and the final result of every project depend upon communication and understanding between everyone involved in the process. In our case it is usually the Owner, Architect, Engineer, Manufacturer of Materials, End-User or Facility Manager. We seek to involve each of them from the very beginning, and it drives the project value up. It also opens up the possibility of making the project interactive, open and successful.
It's not unusual to achieve an overall savings of 25% in comparison with traditional approach to construction project. And with some effort, it's possible to do even more!
Why it's better our way
Every construction project has three main components:
DESIGN – SUPPLY OF MATERIALS – ONSITE INSTALLATION.
We are taking care of all of them. By managing Design and Supply of Materials we provide the builder with the opportunity to do what he is supposed to do and what he knows how to do, to Build. We are not working with every building company, but for those selected we provide full support and dedication. In each design we create, in every drawing or schedule we produce, every element of how it will be built is considered.
It's all about the right mindset, and all our processes and techniques lead to bigger savings and to excellent relations with customers. We help our builders to be more efficient and customers like them!
We can apply the Design-to-Build approach in our thinking from the very beginning because we have a network of exclusive suppliers. We choose them because of the exceptional value of their products, but most importantly because they understand our principles of work and they help to make the best and most efficient use of their products.
They also deliver materials onsite according to a plan agreed on during the design phase of the project. This means that at the project start date you get quality products without any delays or misunderstandings.
